“Enthusiastic staff, very attentive, excellent food -so tasty! We loved it. To top it off, they had a surprise birthday cake and celebration for my wife with all the staff coming out singing and playing instruments. It was over the top outstanding! Thank you so much - it made the day! So memorable!!!”

“Good resort, food and drinks were good and Bar service was great especially at the margarita bar. Biggest down side is the seaweed at the beach but it is constantly being raked and wasn't a huge deal. Service could be improved at both buffets and the Mexican restaurant but was great everywhere else. Water park is super fun, kids loved it and the staff went above and beyond making our trip special over Christmas.”
