“Great staff! Always friendly and helpful. Resort is clean and comfortable. Food is not very good had dinner at all restaurants except for the "Japanese" hibachi. All were terrible with the possible exception of the Italian restaurant, it was decent. Overall experience was very good except for the food. I would not go back as the food was that bad.”

“Pasamos 10 días muy buenos en el hotel. Habitaciones grandes y cómodas, limpieza, batas, pantuflas, Jacuzzi, todo muy bien. La gente que trabaja en el hotel es espectacular, terminamos considerándolos nuestros amigos, Raúl (siempre presente con su sonrisa), Pilar y Ana de la Rosa (las chicas mas simpáticas y atentas en el Fusión), Tomás (el "caballero" del Portofino), Ernesto,Ana (en las recepciones de los restaurantes), Víctor, Pedro en el Teppanyaki, Luis, Yeury, Juan a la llegada, Raquel (la Chief), Amaury "strong" en el bar de la playa.
