“This place is by far the worst resort I’ve ever been to!!!!! The food is trash! They have so many restaurants and barely anything that taste good ( if you’re used to good, seasoned, flavorful food). The phone I’m our room stopped working after the first night so we couldn’t even have room service. Additionally, when we were leaving they were supposed to come get our bags from our room and no one showed up, we had to walk in the rain to the lobby with our suitcases and luggage in our hands!!!!! The ONLY thing that saved this was DANIEL who works in the tourist area in the front. He does excursions etc. He booked our excursions for us and took very good care of us here. If you happen to already book come to him when you’re here, otherwise YOU WILL NOT enjoy your trip.Btw just to be clear , go to the front and ask for DANIEL from get away tours. The best…. He literally saved our trip .”

“Was the best all inclusive we have been on. The food was great and the drinks made at the main building were excellent. We did the Platinum upgrade and enjoyed the amenities of getting snacks and drinks in the Platinum only hut. The service was outstanding all throughout the resort. Enjoyed the extra thick lounge chairs on the beach and the drinks being served to us. Overall we had a great trip.”
