“HORRIBLE!! Words cannot describe the experience we had at this resort. We booked a stay from Wednesday May 12 to Sunday May 16 and since we arrived we had problems. When we arrived at the resort, they told us that they were overbooked and that they had to send us to Majestic Elegance because they had no more rooms available (mind you, we booked the rooms out a month and a half in advance) The Majestic Elegance and Mirage are COMPLETELY different. The rooms at Majestic Elegance were OLD furnished and disgusting. To begin with, the rooms did not have hot water for two days, the power went out on multiple occasions, the rooms had a VERY unpleasant smell, the bed was hard and the jacuzzi did not work. My family, which by the way there were 9 of us, were very disappointed. We felt that we were lied to, scammed and it was all strategically planned. The resort gave us $300 per room (their way of asking for forgiveness), but this $ 300 we had to spend at the hotel if not the money was lost- Why not issue a refund instead??? NEVER AGAIN, I will stay in these hotels. Majestic Mirage or Majestic Elegance, they do not work and the resort employees knew what was happening. They never contacted us to let us know that they had no rooms available until we arrived. We will NEVER EVER ever stay in these hotels. BE CAREFUL SINCE THIS HAPPENED TO MANY PEOPLE !!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY!!!”

“Today was my first night as it is beautiful. I am enjoying my stay already and I definitely will be coming back. The customer service is spectacular and the food is great! I travel frequently and this is one of the best resorts I’ve been to so far! The bartenders are great and really know how to make drinks catered specifically to you. There is a guy that goes by the name of “coca cola” and he was extremely helpful when it came to guiding us and was extremely informative on the resort and what it has to offer. I look forward to the rest of my stay and I am excited to come back for another vacation.”
