Phone in the room not working since 2days… Imagine if you have an emergency situation… Lot of miscommunication because their english is very bad… ( Even at the front desk and at the concierge desk )

The booking was done through their website and went fairly easy however, upon arriving it was disclosed the property was under construction (never advised at any time) We were arbitrarily located at another location within the facility and although it did not have what we had originally booked for it was ok. No extra benefit or upgrades were added until two days later while visiting another one of the locations within the facility. Irwin Aguila, Alessio and Oliver went above and beyond to make up for the unfortunate and unprepared arrival.

Sadly the good reviews are a thing of the past. Terrible service, terrible food. This resort is lipstick on a pig. It’s pretty but very poorly run. We tried so hard to enjoy but it was issue after issue. Food issues, service issues, room issues. Disorganization and miscommunication. We feel completely swindled. Do not waste your time or money here. We were happy to pay for a relaxing 5-star vacation. Instead we received frustration and a 1-star experience. The most frustrating part was the lack of management. They have good reviews but apparently in the last few months they have gone down hill. Read the recent reviews before you go forward with your booking. Trust me.

We showed up to the resort alive and hopeful; couldn’t wait for what our trip had in store. It took less than an hour for reality to hit. The service was absolutely terrible. No staff members could be bothered with our questions or concerns. Everyone was dismissive rather than helpful. We were told that all the restaurants were booked through the week and we would only be able to order room service or eat at the buffet for the entirety of our stay. We asked to speak to a manager but the staff told us they were all in a “meeting.” I guess that meeting lasted four days because we never did get in contact with management. We quickly realized that everyone was having this issue with reservations as the buffet was over crowded and always low on food. We met a woman on the beach having the same issue. She expressed that she was legitimately concerned as to how she would feed her three young children throughout her trip. This is the third review that we‘ve left because the company keeps deleting the negative reviews. On one review, the company replied to us and said that management offered us a reservation and we turned them down. This is a blatant lie. They turned the replies off and we are unable to respond to their false allegation. I truly feel as if I was scammed. This resort took my money, promising an all inclusive stay. Yet once I checked in, my friends and I were left to fend for ourselves until check out. I am disgusted with the service.

AMAZING!!! What a special experience. This hotel was so beautiful and so tropical. The service and hospitality was awesome. The people are so friendly! I came for my 23rd birthday with a large group and we were treated like royalty ! Definitely recommend this resort and would definitely go back!! The food isn’t perfect but you get what you pay for . Overall 10/10!!

Jose Vincente was such an awesome activities guide!!!! Had so much fun and he was so nice!!!! Dancing all night and painting, candle making was great!!!!! ❤️ 10/10

My home away from home. Out of all the resorts I have been to, you will never have an amazing experience like you do here. Treated like royalty and the grounds and staff are just out of this world

Had a blast!! Resort was nice and clean. Service was great and food was fantastic. I felt safe being there with family. The manager, George, was the best ever. He made sure our visit was memorable and kids loved him. He danced with them later that night. You Rock!
