“Hello Hotel Management I need someone contact me about my reservation at Nickelodeon resort in Punta Cana, I try to call the Hotel several times to make sure my reservation is in the system but the only answer is the front desk that they don't have nothing to do with reservations, pass me with reservations line but not answer at all, I am dealing with this for 2 weeks. 😒 I write this here because I don't know what else to do... 😩”

“Great family oriented resort for people with kids ages 1-10. On premise waterpark is a highlight. Excellent food and quality of service. Friendly attentive staff. Beach is a bit of a letdown due to powerful waves most days, but overall one of the best family resorts I've been to.”
