Es un lugar increíble y el servicio de cada una de las personas que ahí trabajan es inigualable. El hotel super limpio, cuidan cada detalle, las actividades divertidas, los personajes super bonitos, la atención a los niños extraordinaria, la comida deliciosa; vale cada dólar que pagas!

Pésimo servicio, las camas de muy mala calidad, pareciera muy grande pero no lo es, las carros de golf dicen que pasan cada 5 min pero realmente pasan hasta 25 min, no te informan las atracciones del hotel, hasta 1 hr para hacer check-in y 45 min para checkout, pésimo lugar no se lo puedo recomendar a nadie

I have been to this resort twice now and I have experienced both sides of the resort. I thoroughly enjoyed both stays. The staff were attentive and welcoming. The food, was amazing, the best I've experienced so far in Punta Cana. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. I would go back in a heartbeat. Hopefully very soon!

resort is beautiful, People are lovely, food is really good. Pools are warm, easy to get drinks and fun to hang out for the day Nightlife was varied throughout our week long stay,..always something to do. Had a great time. Hope to return. We had the best time in Punta Cana! Everyone we encountered at Hotel Nickelodeon was very professional and service-oriented. The food was fresh and tasty, rooms were clean and you just can't beat the view. We feel it was a great deal for our money and will be using them again

My family trip to Nickelodeon was beyond incredible. The resort was spectacular and surely exceeded our expectations. The entire staff were so welcoming and the service is everything and more you would like to have while on vacation. Thanks to our personal consierge Jessy, we had the most amazing experience. Jessy truly made our family trip come to life. She was the sweetest, friendliest and very professional. She truly went above and beyond to make our experience here at Nickelodeon something my family and I will never forget. Everything we wanted to do in Dominican Republic, Jessy made sure to make it happen. Jessy planned our entire trip while at the resort. Wow! She is truly a gem. Thank you so much for hosting us. We had the best vacation ever at Fantasía. This property is incredible specially for families with children. The staff is very careful to keep everything cleaned and sanitized. The water parks for the kids is a plus. Their excellent customer service make this hotel a place to come back. Everyone from the front desk to the maintenance personnel tries their best to make your time there memorable. We loved the food. The food at the buffet is very good but at the restaurants is really amazing.

The resort is so pretty, upscale and quite luxurious for a family friend environment. This place is super cleaned, the food was spectacular and so fresh . All employees and staff were so friendly. We really enjoyed , very talented staff in all the shows. The water park was great and so much fun for the little ones. I would love to go back and stay longer next time.

Estrutura dos quartos ok, pelo valor deveria ser melhor, limpeza ótima, atendimento bem mais ou menos, funciona tudo na base da propina, em todos os lugares…. Aqui nesse hotel um pouco menos… se você espera chegar e se deparar com personagem… no hotel não tem. somente no café da manhã pago, 43 dólares por adulto e 37 criança, e no parque aquático, que fica uns 9 mim a pé… as crianças se divertem no parque, porém o banho de slime não é nada do que é mostrado e é cobrado TAMBÉM, 49 dólares para 4 pessoas…é uma “cabana” que eles puxam e cai a água verde… a praia, além do mar ser mais bravo e com muitas algas, o acesso é difícil e o cheiro das algas beirando o mar é muito desagradável.… a maioria das pessoas veem para ficar na piscina… máscara para conseguir é difícil,não se oferece, precisa solicitar e a cara que eles fazem não é muito simpática… Não é uma lugar que eu voltaria…

Si busca un lugar para descansar y despejarte este es el lugar para ti. La comida en este momento pocas personas lo cual es idea, las personas son gentilez y muy agradables, la comida le doy un 8 de 10 el dos es debido a los platos que faltaría agregar al menú, falta decir que es un hotel familia dirigido más que nada a los niños, sin embargo hay zonas para adultos solamente..

Hello Hotel Management I need someone contact me about my reservation at Nickelodeon resort in Punta Cana, I try to call the Hotel several times to make sure my reservation is in the system but the only answer is the front desk that they don't have nothing to do with reservations, pass me with reservations line but not answer at all, I am dealing with this for 2 weeks. 😒 I write this here because I don't know what else to do... 😩

The resort was clean but very very boring!! I expected more excitement and activities for the kids. I am accustomed to resorts with hype teams, shows several times a day, music by the pool sights and sounds etc. The resort essentially offered nothing in terms of activities. Shame on you Nickelodeon for the price you charge you really NEED to beef up the excitement at your resort. ON a better note I can not complain about the food or the upkeep of the resort.

Beautiful resort the design on the rooms and amenities are AMAZING. However they need to do more upkeep, we had two suites on with a walk out private pool and the other sbove that with a balcony. Both had mildew smells. But the food was good at sugar cane and the workers were professional, kind, accommodating, and worked to make your stay fun and engaging.

Muy buen hotel para llevar a los niños. Buenas piscinas, buen servicio de habitación, buena gastronomía, parque acuático para los pequeños. Un detalle que cabe resaltar es que las instalaciones prácticamente están divididas en dos áreas. si vas con los niños estas obligado tomar un tren y pasarte el día en el parque acuático, pero los emjores servicios del hotel estarán muy lejos.tomar en cuenta cuando vayas..

Love the attention in this hotel no matter if you're a super vip or just a regular. I feel they treat you superb . Yes the pandémic is still a thing and not of the past but the cuisine is awesome with various options. Very impressed with personnel.Only downside but still a negative observation but won't take my daughters 5 star experience is concierge.Concierge has to be proactive in promoting dinners and options depending on the visit . Galactiko from rocket dining is awesome 👌.And angel at aqua nick is above and beyond.Noone is pushing for tips but they are well deserved

Neat Resort facilities. The quality of the food is high. The shows with the characters dont last for very long but very entertaining. We Spoke with the Entertainment Manager Rodrigo who was very kind and took some time to explain us all the protocols for the shows and the Entertainment. We wanted to see more Characters all over the resort, but they come out at the Aqua Park. The breakfast with the characters is great and above all we had a great experience. Great service from Jose and Miguel from Aqua Bite and Team Nick is awesome as well. They have many lifeguards to look after the kids. 100% recommended.

Amazing place to spend time with the family. The staff is amazing. We were taken care by Jesy the hotel manager as well as Alexander (Driver) Francisco (bartender) Sano (Food concierge) The food was delicious at every restaurant, the drinks were amazing and the amenities beautifully. We had a corner room with a pool and I was able to work and relax at the same time. The water park for kids is super nice and my son enjoyed it a lot. I will definitely come back soon and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nickelodeon Resort of Punta Cana My youngest son is a huge fan of Nickelodeon network and most of all he loves sponge bob square pants. He wants to travel to Punta Cana with his mom and older, to stay at Nick hotels for 5 days and 4 nights in the pineapple. The unique home of Sponge Bob Square Pants, the breathtaking villa is the resort’s signature dwelling. The 2-bedroom/3-bath Pineapple features all of the modern amenities and luxurious accommodations found in the Super Villas. The décor is Bikini-Bottom inspired, including the indoor and outdoor living and dining room. Private butlers take care of your family’s every need, your preferences are in-suite to pampering services during your stay. For a little extra my son, wants to have breakfast with Sponge Bob Square Pants.

Uma coisa que fiquei MUITO DECEPCIONADA é que perdi coisas no resort que não foram localizadas. Comuniquei todas as pessoas que eu vi na frente. Ninguém fez menção de nada. Inclusive, após a saída, mandei email dizendo que se fossem localizadas, estaria em outro resort, iria buscar. NADA. Achei falta de respeito não mandaram email dizendo que não acharam ( já que evidentemente não iam procurar ), porque ignorar é muita falta de respeito. O Just Kidding que é o lugar para as crianças brincarem, só falam espanhol e inglês e os pais tem horários determinados que podem ficar lá dentro ( hora do almoço ). Se não, as crianças devem ficar sozinhas. Imagine meu filho menino de 8 anos sendo orientado EM INGLÊSa fazer um bracelete de miçanga da Dora Aventureira. Durou 2 minutos e quis sair e nunca mais voltar. Dou toda razão. Tenho que deixar um registro especial para o time do parque aquático Maria, Ysabel e Miguel os mais mega simpáticos do mundo ! Adoramos passar nossas férias com eles. Muito animados e interagiram bastante conosco. Em resumo, sugiro que você vá a este resort apenas se você tiver filhos e se estes forem menores de 6 anos e, ainda, se você não se importar de pagar bem caro. Se qualquer destes itens não existir, irá se arrepender.

The staff were extremely friendly and deserve to be recognized for this. The selection of food was great always a little something for everyone, when traveling with small children. The resort was very well kept up and clean the room was very clean as well. The resort was not crowded at meal time or was the pool area. Would highly recommend this resort to others.

Lovely resort with very friendly staff. In particular Kenny who worked in the beach bar and came round to us to take our drink orders every day by the adult section of the pool. Excellent food, our particular favourites being the Italian restaurant and Wok Wok. Our room was lovely and kept very clean by staff. We really enjoyed our 10 night stay and would highly recommend.

Love, love, loved it. Cried when I left. Beautiful, relaxing, good was great for an all-inclusive. Maybe skip the Italian restaurant and Zest. The rest were great. Toilet didn't flush well but room was otherwise amazing. And although it's a Nickelodeon resort, it's not over the top, in your face kid-like. There's something for everyone and it's just beautiful and perfect. I want to live here.

Service is subpar and fool is just awful. Room service bought spoiled soy milk, faldero pasta with pasta al dente as if my son had made it hisself. The pandemic must have hit them hard my trip back...
